Absolutely! If you already have the perfect lot, we can have a plan drawn up that will optimize your space.

I don't have a lot, but I am ready to build my dream home. Can you help me find one?

Of course. If you do not have a lot yet, we partner with realtors and land wholesalers that can help you find the perfect location.

Do you build only from existing floor plans?

No. We have floor plans you can choose from, or we can go completely custom and have plans drawn up just for you.

Do all design decisions need to be finalized before construction begins?

Ideally, we would have all design decisions prior to building, but we know choices can be a little overwhelming. To assist in decision making, part of our process includes giving you time with a designer so the dreams for your home become a reality. That being said, we understand you may change your mind during the construction process and we are happy to work with you on those changes!

Your name is Wood Custom Homes... do you only build wood houses?

Believe it or not, we get this question a lot! Don't worry — our name will not restrict material use. The "Wood" in Wood Custom Homes comes from our last name, not our material preference!
